How to order using Check payment method?

Register a Free account
Login to your account
Select "Create / Upgrade" order
Select a Primary Classification
Fill in the Listing:
Pay Invoice
After selecting "Pay Now" button it directs you to Payment Status page Payment Pending.
Make your check payable to: BusinessCardRolodex.com and place it in an envelope.
Select "Invoices", print the invoice and place in the same envelope with the check (this will confirm the reference of your order)
Finally, place your printed Business Card in the same envelope
Send your envelope to:

We will process your order after we receive your envelope with your transaction record and the actual business card, and as soon as your check clears (usually 5 to 10 business days depending on country of origin).

How to order using PayPal payment method?

Login to your account
Select "Create / Upgrade" order
Select a Primary Classification
Fill in the Listing:
Pay Invoice
After selecting "Pay Now" button it directs you to Payment Summary page.
Select "Pay Now" and it directs you to the PayPal checkout page
Print the transaction record (either from the PayPal site or from the confirmation email you receive from PayPal)
Place the printed transaction in an envelope
Finally, place your printed Business Card in the same envelope
Send your envelope to:

How to send us your business card?

The better shape your business card is the better it will be scanned for process (however, we will try to optimize it to the best we can). Place your business card in an envelope and post mail it to:

We also provide Free business card templates and/or logos for those who do not have a business card yet. Just select one and note the ID number along with your signup and payment method:

If payment method by Check, then place a note of the Template ID number in the envelope along with the check and the invoice.
If payment method by PayPal, then make sure you place the templade ID in the appropriate section twards the bottomof the signup form.

How to select a free optional business card template?

Since some individuals still are in the process of selecting their business image, and they do not have a business card yet, we have provided a selection of business card background images that could be used as a template for a business card profile for FREE. We also have provided a section with universal free logos that users can use on white or any solid color background.

Go to Free Templates page and browse through all the templates. When you find your choice, take a note of the Template ID number, we will need that number when you place your order.

After you submit your registration, you must place your order and let us know that you wish to use the selected template by placing the ID number in the appropriate section found towards the bottom of the signup form.

How to select a banner option?

After you submit your free registration, when creating your order you will have the choice of Basic Listing - No Banner Plan or Business Card Banner - BC15086 Plan available to order through your member's account. All other optional banners are available through special request using our contact form. Each plan allows for a minimum of 3 months signup and one time lifetime setup fee. However, our budget plan (Basic Listing - No Banner) option has a minimum of 12 months membership and one time setup fee as well. All plans have the same features except for the banner type, and are upgradable to a different plan this will allow users to display a variety of different banners or business images.
